The National Institute of Webographers, LLC (“Webographers”) considers Internet user privacy to be of paramount importance. The information shown below reflects Webographers commitment to protecting users' privacy.

PRIVACY OBJECTIVES

What personally identifiable information does WEBOGRAPHERS and its business partners collect?

Webographers only collects personally identifiable information that you voluntarily provide in order to utilize its customized products and services. Personally identifiable information includes, but is not limited to, first and last name, mailing address, zip code, email address, primary and secondary phone numbers, fax number, credit card information, and any other information that itself identifies or when tied to the above information, may identify you as a specific individual.

Webographers has partnered with the following companies in order to provide you with additional services. All information provided to obtain these services is collected and maintained by these business partners and not Webographers. Although Webographers only works with trusted service providers, their privacy policies are different from Webographers's and we encourage you to review their privacy policies to understand their personal information handling practices.

What other information does Webographers collect and how is it used?

When you register on Webographers's site, Webographers will establish an e-mail account for use during training. This e-mail account, long with first and last name, mailing address, zip code, email address, primary and secondary phone numbers, fax number may be shared with trusted business partners for the creation of demonstration user accounts during the training period; the personal information you used to register remains private and will not be sold or shared with third parties.

Upon registration with Webographers's services, Webographers also assigns a user ID to grant access to the member services. The user ID is used for all aspects of the training, including creation of demo accounts with our business partners, and is a shared ID among all business partner websites. The user ID does not contain any personally identifiable information.

Webographers uses cookies and some of the system's features are dependent on their use. Further, Webographers uses cookies to conduct field surveys and to collect general aggregate information on site activity, but the cookies do not store any personally identifiable information. A cookie is a piece of data stored on the user's hard drive containing information about the user. Usage of a cookie is in no way linked to any personally identifiable information while on Webographers's site. Once the user closes their browser, the cookie simply terminates. For instance, by setting a cookie on Webographers's site, the user would not have to log in a password more than once, thereby saving time while on Webographers's site. If a user rejects the cookie, they may still use Webographers's site, but some features may not function properly. Cookies can also enable Webographers to track and target the interests of its users to enhance the experience on Webographers's site.

Does Webographers sell or share my personally identifiable information?

Webographers will never sell your personally identifiable information.

Webographers will share aggregated demographic information with its partners and advertisers. This is not linked to any personal information that can identify any individual person.

Webographers uses an outside shipping company to ship orders, and a credit card processing company to bill users for goods and services. These companies do not retain, share, store or use personally identifiable information for any secondary purposes.

Webographers partners with additional parties to provide specific services. When the user requests these services, Webographers will share names, or other contact information that is necessary for the third party to provide these services. These parties are not allowed to use personally identifiable information except for the purpose of providing these services.

Can I update the personally identifiable information Webographers has on file about me?

Yes. All the information provided to Webographers by a member may be updated at any time by accessing your account and going to the section called "Profile". You may also update your information by contacting Webographers at (888) 877-0159 or via info@Webographers.com.

Can I ask Webographers to delete my personally identifiable information from its systems?

You can delete your Personal Profile by sending an email to info@Webographers.com with your user name and your request to delete your profile in the subject heading. You can respond to an email newsletter by entering "unsubscribe" in the subject line and Webographers will delete your name.

What types of communication can I expect to receive from Webographers?

Webographers sends all new members a welcoming email that verifies user name and password as well as user e-mail address. Webographers routinely emails a short member satisfaction survey to members who complete training services. Webographers site visitors may also be invited to complete an online survey.

Webographers may also contact you to respond to your questions, comments, or requests for assistance.

Webographers will periodically notify members via email and/or mail when new services and features are added.

Users of the Webographers site will receive service enhancement options from our featured strategic alliance companies. Webographers will generate these messages on behalf of these companies. The strategic alliance companies will not receive your contact or personal information.

How does Webographers ensure that your personally identifiable information is protected?

All personally identifiable information collected in order to provide you with services on the www.Webographers.com site (or affiliate sites) is securely stored in Webographers's databases. Access to your information is restricted to selected Webographers employees and other authorized third parties such as state and federal regulatory authorities that perform periodic compliance reviews for the protection of consumers, and in rare cases contractors hired to perform quality control reviews.

Webographers uses leading-edge encryption technologies to protect personally identifiable information provided in order to obtain our services. Our web servers have been cryptographically enabled with Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology and other encryption technology supporting up to 128-bit encryption. Encryption prevents unauthorized parties from viewing any personally identifiable information provided by a user.

All Webographers personnel are trained in Webographers's consumer privacy and security policies. As a condition of employment with Webographers, all personnel must acknowledge and uphold Webographers's consumer privacy and security policies by signing a Privacy Pledge. This pledge requires Webographers's personnel to comply with consumer privacy and security policies, including not disclosing an individual's personally identifiable information to unauthorized third parties.
