3 - Single-Property Websites

This module details single-property web sites (i.e. www.123AnySt.com), a complete web site dedicated to one property. Course-takers are exposed to this latest listing tool, learn the benefits of showcasing extensive efforts on behalf of the sellers, and how the associated URL can be utilized in various listing and advertising mediums. Single-property web sites are demonstrated for both residential and commercial real estate.

4 - Virtual Tours

This module details virtual tours (Slide-show tours, 180° and 360° panoramic tours, full 360° by 360° virtual tours) and training on photo-taking, stitching and publishing. Course-takers are exposed to best practices in self-serving virtual tour needs, or what to look for in outsource assistance. The course highlights the value behind providing a 24x7 "open house" via virtual tours and how to publish tours to Realtor.com, your agent web site or single-property web sites.

5 - Neighborhood Search

This module highlights Neighborhood Search inclusive of an agent web site. Candidates are exposed to the differences between (1) statically composing neighborhood information on an agent website versus the inclusion of a (2) dynamic neighborhood search engine. This module also highlights the benefits to your site visitors and the leads gained from such a service; as many consumers start their search for the perfect neighborhood (schools, business, middle-class / luxury communities, etc) then look to find the perfect home in that community.

6 - CMAs and AVMs

This module highlights the comparable market analysis (CMA) report and the automated valuation model (AVM) report. Course-takers are exposed to the AVM, a report which includes property valuation and comparables used by the lending & financial industry for many years. The course highlights how the the AVM can be used to supplement findings in the MLS-generated CMA.

7 - Electronic Forms

This module highlights the immediate benefit to electronic forms software and where forms providers are headed. Candidates learn about form libraries (standardization in the “look” of all forms), error-handling in form input, and the ability to minimize redundant data entry. The course highlights the use of digital signatures applied to electronic forms (comfort level of consumers & agents); integration of forms software with the MLS, CRM and online transaction management (OTM) systems towards a paperless transaction. 8 - Online Transaction Management

This module highlights online transaction management (OTM) systems, a key component of the paperless transaction.
