Lori Klindera & G-II Varrato II |
 |
"In our opinion, REW could be considered the “Masters” program to the ePRO designation"
Prior to beginning her involvement with real estate, Lori worked in the Legal Field in Chicago, Illinois then in St. Petersburg Florida, over ¼ of a decade. She worked for such moguls as Dan Walker, General Counsel of Montgomery Ward, who later became Governor of IL; Shelby Yastrow, General Counsel for Mc Donald Corporation Headquarters; and later for Randall Hiepe, Esq., attorney in St. Petersburg, Florida.
Prior to beginning his involvement with real estate, G-II’s engineering talents were utilized as the lead Quality Assurance Engineer for private companies, contracted with the DOD (Department of Defense). During Gulf War I, G-II was credited with correcting over 1,000 technical deficiencies in a protective device being deployed to the Gulf that was intended to protect US troops from chemical weapons. G-II has authored over 2,000 technical manuals and work instructions for DOD sub-contractors.
Today, Lori & G-II are Mentors for Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in Phoenix, Arizona. They hold several designations, ePRO 500, ABR, CNE, RECS and now REW. They have processed either personally, or overseen and been intimately involved with, over 5,000 buyer or seller transactions during their careers. Lori & G-II have consistently been in the top 1½ to 5% of all Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage agents in Arizona.
Lori & G-II maintain several targeted web sites, catering to US Air Force personal who transition in and out of Luke AFB, Arizona. The major source of business is generated through their Internet presence. F-16 Viper Pilots and support staff, stationed all over the world, Kunsan Korea, Spangdalhem Germany, Aviano Italy, Osan Korea, Misawa Japan as well as Langley AFB USA, Cannon AFB USA, Eielson AFB USA and dozens of additional traditional Air Force Bases and Air National Guard facilities.
Below are a few words from Lori and G-II on the REW™ Certification:
"When we reviewed the Webographer.com web site and the demo videos we knew that we had to take this course. We would have made the $199.00 investment even if the promotional fee was not being offered. There were several intriguing points that were made during the demo video but the most compelling part of the intro video was the professionalism of the video."
"The “Matt the Consumer” video was the clincher. The video hit the proverbial “nail on the head” with the depiction of how consumers use technology to facilitate every day activities. We can also tell you that, while our clientele is predominantly Air Force personal, the balance of our clients are ALL tech savvy, including the senior community. We raised four girls, all whom have since become great ladies and students of the GENERATION X and Y population. Each of them are well schooled in the use of web browsing, social networking and other aspects of the Internet to manage their day to day life. Matt is a perfect depiction of reality."
"Remember, we have been On-Line REALTORS® for nearly two decades."
"The Webographers course is a perfect and natural fit for REALTORS® who wish to propel their business to the next level. As we noted above, simply… “becoming familiar” with today’s technology is no longer an option. The days of “traditional real estate” are quickly coming to a close. Paperless transactions are here! All of the major brands, Coldwell Banker, ERA, Century 21, Re/Max and Windermere to name just a few, have all taken steps to become totally paperless. High speed scanners have been installed at all of the Coldwell Banker Arizona offices as Coldwell Banker makes ready to deploy Home Base, their proprietary branded TM system."
"Stephan Swanepoel, producer of “The Swanepoel TRENDS Report” suggests that less than 1% of the NAR population is truly WEB Savvy. And yet… nearly 90% of consumers began their search for real estate services on the Internet in 2007."
"Up until the beginning of 2007, about 98% of our on-line business leads resulted in Buyer traffic ONLY. Almost, like the flick of a light switch, in 2007 we began to receive more Internet leads from Sellers. Today, 98% of our listings have been generated through the Internet."
"The bottom line is simply this. If you’re going to do a job, then… DO THE JOB! Develop situational awareness. Understand the Internet and all of its technology, both hardware and software. Embrace every aspect of the Internet. You can’t outrun this technological storm. So, either get on board, baton down the hatches and get proficient or get out of the business. It’s that simple!"

"...So many online courses in the web world tend to tell you what you know and sell you more of it. The Webographer system teaches one in a way where you are always advancing in an area of new expertise. They are superb in giving one little bits of knowledge and then letting it be applied in a real time exercise. By the time one takes each short course examination, one cannot help but feel that they have definitely learned something new that will serve them well..."

"...The Internet is changing the way consumer’s look for homes and there is a need for realtors to expand their web presence with single property websites and online transaction management. It is a full time job, keeping up with technology, and I think there might be REALTORS® in my office that could use my help! I looked to broaden my knowledge of online, consumer-oriented, real estate technologies..."
"...Simply stated, the [REW™] curriculum was extremely current and talked about RE technology within “scenarios”, putting a real life spin to technology I’ve been considering acquiring. I had the option to “play” with real products on the market, to compliment the lessons. I felt like I was in the driver’s seat, engaging materials, and taking additional time to do what I wanted within the training experience..."

"...Simply stated, it looked appealing. The curriculum looked in-depth, rather than just scratching the surface but getting deep into the “nuts & bolts” of real estate technology. I had been curious to technologies such as single-property websites and online transaction management. The REW certification had training that looked comprehensive, discussing technologies I could add to my arsenal..."
"...It was better than just about all online trainings that can be found in the industry. Course materials were voice-driven, keeping my attention. In addition, strategy was also discussed alongside the value-proposition of various real estate technologies..."
