The National Institute of Webographers, LLC (NIW) was proudly presented in the California Association of REALTORS® (C.A.R.) debut issue of Real Estate Trends + Technology (RET2) magazine. NIW has recognized the value of technology education within the growing real estate market and share the vision of C.A.R. in promoting educational services “…to increase the professionalism of members and give them the tools they need to better serve their clients--the consumer.” (www.car.org).

Marc Grayson, the president and founder of the REW™ certification was interviewed for “Tools of the Trade” article in the March, 2007 issue of the Michigan Association of REALTORS® Magazine. The article speaks to how REALTORS® should look to technology to remain competitive; technologies they should consider within their arsenal.

In the May, 2007 issue of the Michigan Association of Realtors® Magazine, Marc Grayson, president and founder of the REW™ certification, was featured commenting on the vast benefits of virtual tours in an article entitled “360 Tours”, written by Buck Wargo. The Virtual Tours module is one of the 11 technology competencies included in our REW™ certification. The article sheds light on the pros and cons of creating and utilizing Virtual Tours for marketability purposes, both by an agent themselves, or through a hired third party.

Drew Meyers, partner relations associate with Zillow, conducted an interview with Marc Grayson, President & Founder of the National Institute of Webographers, as detailed on the Zillow Blog The post reiterates our goal to “ensure real estate professionals are up-to-date on the latest web-based technologies, processes and best practices in technology usage.”
This interview marked Webographers grand announcement as the first in the industry to implement single sign-on technology, across many real estate applications and many service providers to create a sandbox for candidates to “play” in; to best understand available RE technologies on the market, their value-proposition, and how they work.
