Navigational Tools
Many online training programs will only provide text and still images as their method to convey information. Training for the REAL ESTATE WEBOGRAPHER™ certification is an experience: from animated, voice-driven slides, corresponding notes, and navigational tools to move around content slides as you please.

Learning games are presented throughout course materials to ensure you have grasped the main concepts you previously examined. They look to ensure you have remained attentive to course material.

In addition, the learning games ask questions that are likely found in the course exam. Thus, learning games look to ensure you successfully complete a course.

'In many of the courses, candidates complete hands-on activities with products, offered in-part by our corporate sponsors. Activities look to be "vendor-neutral", where they could be performed with many competitor products. Such activities may include: create a virtual tour, create a transaction in the online transaction mgmt system, create property listings in the agent account. Activities look to ensure a firm understanding or process and procedure for a given competency.

Today's most popular real estate applications work hand-in-hand with email. From leads generated from an agent website, automatic notifications from online transaction mgmt (OTM) systems, email is a key component to an agent's web presence. Each candidate is provided a 'lite", web-based email account (i.e. JohnDoe@Webographers.com) to experience the full capacity of showcased applications, perform dialogue with course sponsors, and to complete hands-on activities.

Behind the scenes are "subject matter" experts awaiting to answer your questions on course materials, hands-on projects, and any other questions that may arise while completing a course. Course proctors review hands-on projects and mark with a complete/incomplete grading system. The Proctor helpdesk is backed by a trouble-ticket system to ensure candidate inquiries are answered timely.

The training is self-paced and accessible 24x7. Tools are provided to bookmark your progress through training. One may bookmark at a given module, or even more granular, as within a presentation. We understand real estate professionals are natively busy people and look to conduct training & certification on their own hours; not confined to classroom, to specific class-times, but when they have a free moment in their busy day.

Candidates must pass a final course exam at the end of each course. Candidates can take this course as many times as they like, within the 90-day course period. The "grade-able" elements of any course include: hands-on activities and the course exam found at the end of each course.

In addition to searching through interactive materials by keyword, searching through help files from our corporate sponsors, each candidate has access to a glossary with thousands of real estate terms. Many real estate professionals are smart on the world of real estate. National Institute of Webographers™ looks to ensure the "language" of real estate is applied to technologies that support it. At any time, candidates can look-up terms and definitions for an enhanced learning experience.

Just as the candidate looks to learn and engage real estate technologies, National Institute of Webographers™ looks to engage its candidates and certificants. NIW looks to be an advocate of technology use by the real estate practitioner, those in the field. In addition, we look to provide studies to real estate technology companies to ensure applications are in-tune with the practitioner. The use of surveys allows us to remain that technology advocate.

The training at Webographers.com for the REAL ESTATE WEBOGRAPHER™ certification, focuses on competencies such as Virtual Tours, Electronic Forms, Online Transaction Management, etc. However, to truly bring "home" the lessons of process, procedure, best practices, and value proposition to embracing a competency, a case study of a real-life product is included for review. Our corporate sponsors have allowed the candidates to "look-underneath-the-hood" of an exemplary product for a given competency.

Again, courses are designed to be self-paced and are allotted 90 days for completion. For many candidates, demo-use of sponsored applications is a draw to the training program offered exclusively at Webographers.com. Although candidates may complete all objectives (interactive materials, hands-on activities, course exam), the candidate expresses to the proctor when they complete a course. Having the candidate express course completion, allows them to continue to "play" with the sponsored technology, as demo access concludes when a course is completed.
